Studio Hire Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Booking Confirmation & Rates

All studio reservations at getynpin are confirmed upon mutual receipt of written scheduling confirmation. Published rates are as stated: Base Interview Session at 190 EUR, Half-Day Block at 540 EUR, and Full-Day Block at 890 EUR. Invoices are payable in EUR or CAD equivalent under published exchange terms.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand production dates can shift. Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled call time incur zero cancellation fee and receive a full deposit refund or credit. Notice within 48 hours is eligible for a single complimentary date transfer within 60 calendar days.

3. Intellectual Property & Footage Ownership

The client retains 100% full legal title and intellectual property rights to all captured video, audio, and still media created during their session. Raw files are transferred to client-supplied hardware or private cloud storage upon conclusion of studio time. getynpin does not broadcast, license, or publish any client footage without explicit written consent.

4. Studio Etiquette & Safety

All participants must respect studio equipment, sound isolation barriers, and building security guidelines. Smoking, open flames, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited within the studio suite.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
